Spartan ProDay 2024

I was pleased to be asked to present at the 2024 Spartan ProDay in Greensboro, NC. I was able to discuss the pervasive nature of ageism, highlighting its detrimental effects on both individuals and organizations. From biased hiring practices to limited opportunities for career advancement, I illustrated how ageism can manifest in various forms, often leading to systemic inequalities and diminished productivity.

It is particularly important to foster inclusive work cultures that celebrate diversity in age. By promoting intergenerational collaboration and valuing the unique perspectives of older employees, organizations can harness the full potential of their workforce while dismantling age-related stereotypes.
